Established by Mr Kenji Kitahara in 1983, who graduated from Kita Kyushu University in Japan and mastered Chinese (Mandarin) in the Nanyang University of Singapore (Current NUS), he has been contributing to the society of Singapore for over 40 years by imparting invaluable knowledge of Japanese to countless of sincere and keen learners.

Currently managed by Mr Yutaro Kitahara, who is also a fulltime teaching staff in NUS, he possesses a degree in Business Analytics and master's in Fintech, both from NUS.​
